Version:

For use of mechanical and digital brand torque wrenches (not HCT) and screwdrivers, as well as
HCT torque wrenches. Setting and testing triggering, indicating, clockwise and anti-clockwise
torque wrenches and screwdrivers.

Display: Large sharp contrast illuminated 2.8 inch TFT display with double scale with viewing angle stability. With memory capacity display.
Memory capacity: 1000 measurement values with time stamp (incl. date and time) and 20 configurable test cases.
Modes: Tracking display (Track), trigger point sensing (First-Peak) and peak value display (Peak Hold). When used with an HCT torque wrench, 2 other modes are available: Track-HCT and Peak-Hold-HCT. The measurement values of the HCT torque wrench and the measurement values of the HCT torque analyser are displayed on the analyser display at the same time. The peak values achieved are displayed in comparison and evaluated automatically.
Attachment: can be attached to flat surfaces (table, wall, etc.) using 4 screws (M10).
3 recesses for secure storage of adapters (increaser piece).
Data output: Available via Bluetooth or USB-C.
Possible wireless applications: HCT Windows app and HCT mobile app. The analyser has a bi-directional interface. The analyser can also be used independently (without the app).
Apps: The Bluetooth dongle 49 8999 Stick (licence) and the Windows app software are required to activate the HCT Windows app (http://ho7.eu/win-app-hct). The HCT mobile app is available free of charge for iOS and Android.
Wireless approval: The torque analyser with Bluetooth interface has valid wireless approval in all EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, Turkey and in the UK.
Password protection: available as protection against unauthorised access to the menu (master password) and for verifying test cases. In addition, you can set that reworking a test case that has been performed incorrectly requires input of a password.
Warning signals: visual (change of colour on the display) and acoustic (buzzer). The pre-warning point can be configured individually. The acoustic warning signal can be disabled if desired.

Languages: German, English, Spanish, Italian, French.
Factory settings: Can be reset to the factory settings.
Displays the software version with the serial number and date of the last calibration. The date of the next calibration can be set on the torque analyser.

Function:

IP40: Protected against penetration by foreign bodies with ⌀ > 1 mm. However, tools and wires should be kept away and there is no protection against water.

USB-C data cable (1.8 m), power supply unit (USB-A), country adapter (types A, C, G and I), certificate of conformity. Supplied in a sturdy plastic case.

The free smartphone app optionally allows the user to download the latest device software to the analyser via Bluetooth, thus enabling new extended functionalities to be accessed.
