This cutting disc with ceramic grain is perfect for the highly productive cutting of steels. Thanks to the fast but cool cutting, they can machine stainless steel without any blue discolouration whatsoever. This cutting disc delivers precise cuts at a high cutting speed combined with a low cutting temperature, and offers maximum tool life thanks to its innovative bonding technology. Thanks to its 22.23 mm bore it can be used with any commercially available angle grinder. It is energy-optimised so that it can also be used on the most powerful angle grinders. Strong glass-fibre fabric and regular testing ensure high level of safety and lateral stability. This cutting disc is available in flat version or with a depressed centre. Thanks to the self-sharpening effect of the innovative ceramic abrasive grain, this cutting disc always stays perfectly sharp. During use, ceramic particles break off and make space for new ones with sharp cutting edges. That is what allows this highly versatile tool to achieve very high stock removal with little force required, consistently over the tool service life and with impressive durability. Tool replacement is significantly reduced – lowering tool costs.
