Description
Ausführung:
Aus hochfestem Werkzeugstahl (> 1300 N/mm2) gefertigt. In Verbindung mit der konvexen Plattenklemmung wird höchster Widerstand gegen axiale und radiale Schnittkräfte erzielt und somit die Oberflächengüte und die Produktivität deutlich gesteigert.
Hinweis:
Ab Stechbreite 6 mm kommt bei tmax (5×Stechbreite) die zweite Schneide in Kontakt mit dem Werkstück. Es kann zu Riefenbildung kommen. Sicher riefenfrei bis t = 24,5 mm.
