Omschrijving:
De gereedschapshouder wordt via de aantrekbout door de spangrijper van de spindel vast in de spindel getrokken. Aantrekbouten zijn er in verschillende uitvoeringen. Ze vormen een belangrijke verbinding tussen machine en gereedschap. De eisen aan de nauwkeurigheid, sterkte en betrouwbaarheid van aantrekbouten zijn hoog.
Toepassing:
- Voor gereedschap met conusschacht DIN 69871 en JIS B 6339 (MAS-BT).
- In bewerkingscentra (machines met automatische gereedschapswisselaar).
- In NC-machines (machines zonder automatische gereedschapswisselaar).
Tip:
Bij montage van de aantrekbout op een correct aanhaalmoment letten.
ISO 7388-3 voldoet aan oude norm DIN 69872.
