Radio receiver with software solution for setting up a factory guidance, to which various HCT tools can be linked in a single workflow. The collected data can be provided in various formats to the CAQ software (e.g. in ASCII format or as MUX50). The workpiece’s serial number is linked directly and automatically to the associated measurement value. Connection of 16 HCT tools to a PC simultaneously.
Application:
- Central management of test cases and HCT tools.
- Creation of test plans.
- Operator guidance (manual steps can also be created, carried out and documented).
- Connection of various measuring equipment categories (length measurement, torque, etc.).
- Transfer of values via various interfaces (MUX50, DMX16, Open Protocol).
- Documentation of the performed tests, measurements, work steps in the formats .csv or .dfq with detailed information (e.g. serial number of the test piece, serial number of the HCT tool, etc.).
- Connection of up to 16 HCT devices.
