Description:
This P6 polishing disc makes improving the surface quality and dimensional accuracy of your workpiece easy. This silicon carbide tool grinds cool and generates few sparks, making it suitable for use in aerospace engineering. Even hard materials like stone, glass and high-alloyed materials can be processed efficiently. The hard and sharp abrasive particle ensures a long service life. The polishing disc can be used in both wet and dry grinding and requires no additional grinding paste. Due to their long tool life and a good edge-fray resistance, it is perfectly suited for automated processes such as cylindrical polishing of tubes or marbling of high-alloyed steel plates. The flexible, lightweight, stable and elastic glass fabric carrier of the polishing disc allows for exceptional surface results. The disc is highly resistant to breakage and generates little vibration when working. Combined with its easy handling, it is ideal for manual use.

Advantage:
This tool with silicon carbide is even approved for aerospace applications thanks to its cool grinding and low levels of flying sparks. Even hard materials like stone, glass and high-alloyed materials aree processed efficiently. The hard and sharp abrasive particle ensures a long tool life.
The flexible, lightweight, stable and elastic glass fabric carrier of the tool allows for exceptional surface results. The high resistance to shredding and minimal vibration during operation, not to mention its easy handling, perfectly round off this tool.
The tool's single-piece abrasive surface offers many advantages during use. This reduces disc wear and optimises grain adhesion. This results in a long service life and fewer tool changes.
