Simply use the four different polishing discs of the set one after the other: From rust to mirror finish with only a few and, thanks to the innovative X-LOCK mounting system, quick tool changes and without changing the machine, it is no problem and can be done quickly. The polishing discs of the P6 group enable you to easily improve the surface quality and dimensional accuracy of your workpiece. Thanks to their cool grinding and low sparking, these discs with silicon carbide are even approved for aerospace applications. Even hard materials such as stone, glass and high-alloy materials can be processed efficiently and the hard and sharp abrasive grain ensures a long service life. The polishing discs can be used for dry and wet grinding and do not require any additional grinding paste. Due to the long service life and good edge stability, they are excellently suited in automated processes such as centreless cylindrical grinding of tubes or marbling of stainless steel sheets. The light, stable and elastic glass fabric backing of the polishing discs enables an excellent surface result due to its flexibility.
