Description:
This abrasive cap for straight grinders allows for perfect machining of small parts and easy deburring. It is designed for fine and ultra-fine grinding work, especially in hard-to-reach areas, as well as for tool engineering, mould making and pattern construction. The abrasive grain of these abrasive caps is perfectly aligned by means of an abrasive surface layer and a special scattering process during the production. The cap does not become clogged, is sharper, requires little effort when working with it, and does not even cause blue discolouration or glazing. Thanks to its robust bonding with an adapted resin compound, it is also particularly durable. The utilised special regular aluminium oxide is optimised for machining corrosion and heat-resistant steels in tool engineering and mould making. It allows you to work in a cost-effective manner. LUKAS abrasive caps are manufactured to fit perfectly for exclusive use on the corresponding mandrels. You will find a large assortment of different tools with appropriate carriers (holders) for different purposes at LUKAS.
