    Description

    Description:

For aggressive grinding with maximum stock removal rate and very good tool life. Consistently high performance due to self-sharpening ceramic oxide grain. The ceramic oxide grain is specifically designed for work on hard materials and layers. Long belts are compatible with commonly available belt grinders. In ISO 2976, they are listed under the designation ″abrasive belts″.

    Feature:

    • Width, metric: 75 mm
    • Abrasive: Ceramic oxide grain
    • Length, metric: 2000 mm
    • Acc. to ISO: ISO 2976
    • Grit size: 36

    Advantage:

    • High tear strength with optimum flexibility.
    • Consistent results through very good grain adhesion.
    • High economic efficiency due to high abrasive performance and long tool life.

    Application:

    • Recommendations for use: Use grinding oil that is suitable for the material in order to significantly increase the tool life and the abrasive performance of the tools.
    • Applications: Deburring; Step-by-step fine grinding; Leveling; Sharpening; Work on weld seams; Working on edges
    • Drive types: Belt grinders and belt arms
