Description:
Generally suitable for cleaning, derusting, smoothing, cleaning of weld seams, light deburring, and removal of corrosion and paint. Brushes with ceramic oxide grain (CO) offer good toughness and excellent sharpness. For high stock removal values and aggressive brushing behaviour. Plastic filament withstands temperatures up to 220 °C.
Feature:
- Packaging: Industrial packaging
- RPM, max.: 15000 RPM
- RPM, optimum, from: 6000 RPM
- RPM, optimum, to: 9800 RPM
- Width, metric: 8 mm
- Mounting system: Shank
- Dia. filament material: 0.55 mm
- Dia. external, metric: 70 mm
- Dia. shank, metric: 6 mm
- Filament material: Ceramic oxide grain (CO)
- Grit size: 120
- Length, filament: 19 mm
- Length, total: 50 mm
Advantage:
- Highly flexible, enabling optimal adjustment to the workpiece contour.
- Abrasive grains are embedded in flexible plastic filaments, which means that the filament works on the sides as well as at the tip.
Application:
- Recommendations for use: Please observe the recommended rotational speeds. Use coolant for applications where large amounts of heat are produced. For the best results, use a tool drive with a minimum output of 300 watts.
- Applications: Cleaning; Deburring; Structuring (matt finishing, brush matting and satin finishing)
- Drive types: Flexible shaft drive; Power drill; Straight grinder

Note:
- When clamping the brush, ensure that the shank is clamped as far into the arbor as possible. This applies in particular for use in the high rotational speed range. The minimum clamping length is 10 mm.
