Description:
For achieving a very fine, uniform surface finish which, depending on requirements, is a sufficient preparation for high-gloss polishing. Particularly suitable for work on small and medium-sized surfaces on stainless steel (INOX) components. The CDR clamping system has a threaded connection with male thread (plastic) on the tool side. Also suitable for the following commonly used systems: Roloc™, Lockit, Speed Lok TR, Power Lock Type III, Fastlock-System B, Roll-On.
Feature:
- Clamping system: CDR system
- RPM, max.: 12500 RPM
- RPM, optimum: 6400 RPM
- Version: H (hard)
- Width, metric: 6 mm
- Abrasive: Aluminium oxide A
- Dia. external, metric: 75 mm
- Grit size: F (fine)
Advantage:
- High economic efficiency as tool can be changed quickly.
- Very comfortable due to ease of use and low-vibration working.
- No disruptions in use due to adhesion, slipping or coming loose.
Application:
- Recommendations for use: Use COMBIDISC non-woven discs with an abrasive disc holder on flexible shaft drives with an angle handpiece, or small compressed-air or electric angle grinders. Use grinding oil that is suitable for the material in order to significantly increase the tool life and the abrasive performance of the tools.
- Applications: Cleaning; Deburring; Step-by-step fine grinding; Roughening; Structuring (matt finishing, brush matting and satin finishing); Surface work; Work on weld seams
- Drive types: Angle grinder; Cordless angle grinder; Flexible shaft drive; Straight grinder
