Description:
Particularly suitable for deburring and cleaning pipes, threads, coupling sleeves and cylinders. Brushes with silicon carbide (SiC) are particularly well suited to deburring work and surface improvement. Plastic filament withstands temperatures up to 220 °C. In addition to the thread, this tube brush has a 10 mm shank.
Feature:
- RPM, max.: 1000 RPM
- Width, metric: 100 mm
- Mounting system: Thread
- Dia. filament material: 0.1 mm
- Dia. external, metric: 25 mm
- Dia. shank, metric: 10 mm
- Dia. thread: 3/8 BSW
- Filament material: Silicon carbide (SiC)
- Grit size: 180
- Length, total: 170 mm
Advantage:
- Can be clamped in collets thanks to integrated shank.
- Abrasive grains are embedded in flexible plastic filaments, which means that the filament works on the sides as well as at the tip.
Application:
- Recommendations for use: Use coolant for applications where large amounts of heat are produced. Please observe the recommended rotational speeds. Use with clockwise rotation.
- Applications: Cleaning; Deburring; Roughening; Structuring (matt finishing, brush matting and satin finishing)
- Drive types: Flexible shaft drive; Manual application; Power drill
