Description

Description:

Turbine motors perform consistently well in high rotational speed ranges. The compressed-air straight grinder with turbine motor has a collet tool mounting for mounted tools. The exhaust air flow of the air grinder is at the front. 1.5 m air supply hose with 1/4″ male threaded connection and threaded quick coupling (STGI), 3 mm collet, 2 keys. The drive with rotary valve must only be used without oil.

Feature:

  • Operating pressure: 6.3 bar
  • Power output without oil: 75 Watt
  • Rotational speed without oil: 110000 RPM
  • Collet group: 15
  • Throttle type: Ring
  • Width, metric: 30 mm
  • Air consumption, at idle: 0.32 m³/min
  • Air consumption, under load: 0.15 m³/min
  • Incl. dia collet [mm]: 3 mm
  • Length, metric: 140 mm
  • Net weight: 0.188 kg
  • Air supply hose internal dia.: 6 mm
  • Exhaust direction: front
  • Height: 30 mm

Advantage:

  • As the exhaust air flow is directed forwards, it blows the removed substance away in this direction during application.
  • Ideal for the recommended mounted tools thanks to the collet mounting.
  • No oil residues on the workpiece.
  • The high rotational speed affords the drive a high cutting speed for tungsten carbide burrs and grinding points.

Note:

  • The drive with rotary valve must only be used without oil.
