Description:
Generally suitable for cleaning, derusting and smoothing, as well as removal of corrosion and paint. Particularly suitable for brushing on large, flat and easily accessible surfaces due to face-down use with the entire brush face applied to the workpiece. Specially developed for use within a low rotational speed range on cordless drills and power drills. Brushes with brass wire filament material are suitable for particular applications such as surface finishing on workpieces made from copper and brass. In comparison to steel wire, brass wire is softer and more flexible. For all brushes with brass wire, PFERD uses wire quality CuZn37. Brass wire withstands temperatures up to 180 °C.
Feature:
- Packaging: POS packaging
- RPM, max.: 4500 RPM
- Mounting system: Shank

Advantage:
- Optimum presentation on the PFERDTOOL-CENTER using hanging hole and labelling with EAN number, designation and filament material.
- Highly flexible, enabling optimal adjustment to the workpiece contour.
- Non-sparking.
- Creates fine surfaces.
Application:
- Recommendations for use: Please observe the recommended rotational speeds. For the best results, use a tool drive with a minimum output of 300 watts.
- Applications: Cleaning; Deburring; Removing oxide layers; Paint stripping; Roughening
- Drive types: Flexible shaft drive; Power drill
Material:
- Materials that can be worked:
- Brass
- Copper
- Other non-ferrous metals
- Zinc
- Materials that can be worked: Brass; Copper; Other non-ferrous metals; Zinc
Note:
- When clamping the brush, ensure that the shank is clamped as far into the arbor as possible. This applies in particular for use in the high rotational speed range. The minimum clamping length is 10 mm.
