Description:
Suitable for very fine grinding on small and medium-sized surfaces and contours, and for cleaning metal and painted surfaces. Achieve matt and satin-finished surfaces. Highly open structure. The CD clamping system has a threaded connection with female thread (metal/plastic) on the tool side. Also suitable for the following commonly used systems: PSG, Power Lock Type II ″turn on″, SocAtt, Turn-On.
Feature:
- Clamping system: CD system
- RPM, optimum, from: 5500 RPM
- RPM, optimum, to: 7500 RPM
- Version: medium
- Abrasive: Aluminium oxide A
- Dia. external, metric: 50 mm
- Grit size: 100
Advantage:
- High economic efficiency as tool can be changed quickly.
- Very comfortable due to ease of use and low-vibration working.
- No disruptions in use due to adhesion, slipping or coming loose.
Application:
- Recommendations for use: Use COMBIDISC non-woven discs with an abrasive disc holder on flexible shaft drives with an angle handpiece, or small compressed-air or electric angle grinders. Use grinding oil that is suitable for the material in order to significantly increase the tool life and the abrasive performance of the tools. The addition of oil or water during grinding results in a finer finish, cooler grinding and longer tool life.
- Applications: Cleaning; Deburring; Step-by-step fine grinding; Roughening; Structuring (matt finishing, brush matting and satin finishing); Surface work; Work on weld seams
- Drive types: Angle grinder; Cordless angle grinder; Flexible shaft drive; Straight grinder
