    Description

    Description:

Outstandingly suited to fine and very fine grinding, and for step-by-step preparations for polishing. The self-sharpening compact grain facilitates a very long tool life and achieves consistent surface quality levels throughout the entire tool life. Short belts are compatible with commonly available belt grinders. In ISO 2976, they are listed under the designation ″abrasive belts″.

    Feature:

    • Width, metric: 100 mm
    • Abrasive: Aluminium oxide A-COMPACT GRAIN
    • Length, metric: 282 mm
    • Grit size: 400

    Advantage:

    • High tear strength with optimum flexibility.
    • Consistent results through very good grain adhesion.
    • High economic efficiency due to high abrasive performance and long tool life.
    • The rubber tube of the grinding drum yields under higher contact pressure, which helps to reduce the influx of heat and wear on the abrasive belts.

    Application:

    • Recommendations for use: Use grinding oil that is suitable for the material in order to significantly increase the tool life and the abrasive performance of the tools.
    • Applications: Deburring; Step-by-step fine grinding; Leveling; Sharpening; Work on weld seams; Working on edges
    • Drive types: Drum grinders
