    Description

    Description:

Cut 4 is especially well-suited to machining of stainless steel (INOX), steel and high-temperature-resistant materials such as nickel-based and cobalt-based alloys. It is characterized by its high stock removal rate with short chips and achieves a good surface. Tungsten carbide burrs for general applications are suitable for fine and coarse stock removal on the key materials used in industrial manufacturing. They provide a good stock removal rate and are not specific to a particular material. Conical burr with round radius end according to DIN 8032 with cut conforming to DIN 8033.

    Feature:

    • Radius corner design: 4.8 mm
    • RPM from, hardened, heat-treated steels over 1,200 N/mm²: 5000 RPM
    • RPM from, hard non-ferrous metals: 5000 RPM
    • RPM from, high-temperature-resistant materials: 5000 RPM
    • RPM from, rust and acid-resistant steels: 5000 RPM
    • RPM to, hardened, heat-treated steels over 1,200 N/mm²: 7000 RPM
    • RPM to, hard non-ferrous metals: 7000 RPM
    • RPM to, high-temperature-resistant materials: 9000 RPM
    • RPM to, rust and acid-resistant steels: 9000 RPM
    • Cut: 4
    • Dia. external, metric: 16 mm
    • Dia. shank, metric: 6 mm
    • Angle: 14 °
    • Length, cut: 30 mm
    • Length, total: 70 mm

    Advantage:

    • Good stock removal rate through optimum matching of tungsten carbide, geometry, cut and available coating.
    • Long tool life.
    • The highly accurate concentricity enables impactfree working without creating chatter marks. This considerably reduces wear on the tool and tool drive.
    • High surface quality.

    Application:

    • Recommendations for use: If the smallest area of the burr diameter is being used, the recommended rotational speed can be increased accordingly. To ensure costeffective use of burrs, use a higher rotational speed and cutting speed. Use burrs with a shank diameter of 6 mm with drives with a power output from 300 watts.
    • Applications: Cutting out holes; Deburring; Leveling; Milling; Milling out; Surface work; Work on weld seams
    • Drive types: Flexible shaft drive; Tool machine; Robot; Stationary machines; Straight grinder
