Description
Uitvoering:
Vervaardigd van hoogvast gereedschapsstaal (>1300 N/mm2). In combinatie met de convexe plaatklemming wordt een maximale weerstand tegen axiale en radiale snijkrachten bereikt; hierdoor nemen de oppervlaktekwaliteit en productiviteit duidelijk toe.
Tip:
Vanaf steekbreedte 6 mm komt bij tmax (5×steekbreedte) de tweede snijkant in contact met het werkstuk. Er kan groefvorming ontstaan. Veilig ribbelvrij tot t = 24,5 mm.
