Vyrobeno z velmi pevné nástrojové oceli (> 1300 N/mm2). Ve spojení s konvexním sevřením destiček je dosaženo nejvyššího odporu proti axiálním a radiálním řezným silám a díky tomu výrazně roste kvalita povrchu a produktivita.

Od hloubky zápichu 19,5 mm (až do hloubky zápichu 3 mm) popř. od hloubky zápichu 24,5 mm (od hloubky zápichu 4 mm) se dostane druhý břit do styku s obrobkem. Přitom může docházet ke vzniku rýh.
V případě potřeby použijte upichovací destičky s jedním břitem č. 273656 – 273670.
Přívod chladicího média možný pouze v kombinaci s upínači GARANT Master Eco č. 319006 − 319136.
