Izvedba:

Z izpopolnjeno prevleko DLC sp2. Za največje zahteve glede zmogljivosti in natančnosti pri obdelavi aluminija. Izredno ozko postavljene tolerance zagotavljajo največjo natančnost. Dvojno 2-fazno bočno prosto brušenje.
Usedalni kot α = 16°.
Tolerance:
  • Radij rezila: R1 = ±0,0025 mm.
  • ⌀ sprostitve: D1 = 0 / -0,01 mm.

Opomba:

Pri naraščajoči previsni dolžini orodja je potrebna redukcija ap!
Vrednosti za:
rezkanje utorov v polno: ap = 0,25 × D × ap kor
robljenje: ap = 0,50 × D × ap kor
kopiranje: ap = 0,25 × D × ap kor
Za izračun podajalne hitrosti vf uporabite dejansko uporabljeno (večinoma maksimalno) število vrtljajev stroja!
