Version:
Tooth tips made of high-quality carbide (HM) with positive rake angle (10°) and a backing made of high-alloy spring steel. Suitable for general applications, especially in all common steel grades up to a tensile strength of 1700 N/mm2. The smooth running and optimised cutting surface are achieved by a highly precise grinding geometry of the teeth.
RÖNTGEN carbide titanium:
Carbide-tipped band saw blade with ground tooth profiles. (Hardness approx. 1600 HV). Very high rate of metal removal.
