Terms and conditions of participation

Participation in the GARANT "European Championship competition" is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions of participation. Eligible to participate are persons with a minimum age of 18 years. All employees of Hoffmann SE and its affiliated subsidiaries and all sales partners within the Hoffmann Group are excluded.

• You can take part by sending a meaningful application (text, images/video) by email to garant@hoffmann-group.com (or as a download link, especially for larger video files).
• We must receive your complete application by 23:59 on 31.05.2024.
• An independent jury will select the 20 most original applications from all complete submissions.
• If you are one of the winners, you give us permission to publish your first name, surname (abbreviated), company name and place of residence on our website, in our newsletter and on LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram. However, there is no legal entitlement to publication.
• Participation is only possible in Germany and Austria.
• There is no monetary payment of the winnings with all components.
• The protection of your data is very important to us. The following data protection provisions apply to data protection: This includes, for example

  • possibly telephone number
  • possibly date of birth

The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) EU GDPR, i.e. you provide us with the data on the basis of the contractual relationship (conditions of participation) between you and Hoffmann. For details, please refer to the respective conditions of participation. Your data will be deleted after the end of the campaign. We store the participants' data for contract processing until the expiry of the statutory or possible contractual warranty and guarantee rights. After expiry of this period, we retain the information required under commercial and tax law for the contractual relationship for the periods specified by law. For this period (regularly ten years from the date of profit), the data will be processed again solely in the event of an audit by the tax authorities, for economic and tax audit purposes and for the investigation of possible criminal offenses. If you have consented to advertising use, we will process the data until you withdraw your consent. This consent is also voluntary and can be revoked at any time by sending a short message to Hoffmann at garant@hoffmann-group.com.
