Add RFID chips to storage locations, machines and presetting devices

With connected Manufacturing you are able to set up a “digital twin” of your infrastructure under settings. Here you define what machines, storage locations, and presetting devicse you have in your production facility. To link tools, components and accessories to these machines, storage locations, and presetting devices, you can tag these Items with RFID tags or QR Codes. With this, all your tools, appliances, and storage locations are assigned a unique number and can –at any time– be scanned via the “Identify” function – to check inventory, availability, or condition.
To get an even better overview of where exactly an item is within a specific storage location, individual elements like shelves or drawers within e.g. a cabinet can be tagged with an ID.
